Keith Stevenson
Keith has served as pastor of the Hervey Bay Baptist Church since 1988, following 22 years in the banking and finance field. He is married to Lindy and they have three adult children and one grandchild.
In his time, the church has undertaken a major relocation to the present 22 hectare site on the entrance to the city.
Keith is particularly passionate about the church
being a strong influence in the community. He has also had the opportunity to minister overseas through the mission outreach of the church. He remains strongly committed to the raising up of emerging leaders and believes the church is well positioned to maximise its potential in the fast growing region Hervey Bay region.
Julie Terry
Julie Terry is Associate Pastor at HBBC. She has been involved in the HBBC church for 23 years. She has oversight of a number of ministries including Children and Family Ministries, Mission, Discovering HBBC, Training and more. She also coordinates RE for the city and is involved in a number statewide and National Chldren's Committees.
She is married to David who shares her heart for children's ministry and they have two sons - David and Mark. She has a passion for reaching out to our community and beyond in relevant ways, and more recently has been challenged by issues related to social justice.
Ray Airosa
Ray Airosa is new to the team. He comes on as associate pastor with special emphasis on Young Adults and Youth.
Ray has had much experience with youth and missions. His passion is to see young people discipled into maturity through the Word.
Ray is married to Lauren and they have three children, Samantha, Matteo and Luca.
