Auditorium set up for a dinner evening

The Church's building is very large and available for hire to community groups, schools or other organisations.

The Auditorium caters for the following:

• Seating for up to 1500 people. Seating can be arranged to suit needs.
• Restroom facilities to cater for very large groups.
• Telephone, fax and photocopy facilities are available.
• Sound and lighting: The church no longer provides in-house audio for events, however we can recommend a local audio company if required.

In addition, there are 4 conference rooms/areas, which can be hired along with the auditorium or separately:

CONFERENCE ROOM 1

Seats 70-80 in theatre style or up to 40 people in class room style.

CONFERENCE ROOM 2

Seats up to 50 in theatre style or up to 30 people in Class room style.

CONFERENCE ROOM 3

Seats up to 30 people in theatre style or up to 20 people in class room style.

CHILDREN'S AREA  

Seats up to 80 people in theatre style

CATERING

Catering is available.  Menus can be designed to suit most needs and price requirements.  If you would like Hervey Bay Baptist Church to cater for your function, please call the church office to make an appointment to discuss the type of catering you desire.
